IINS Fit is seven tests, depending on your age, that measure your physical fitness with the same protocol for everyone. You repeat them to see how you’re progressing.

- Allergies: food is a guide; your allergies are always respected.
- If something's not right: your Coach stops and asks you to see a professional.

Grados de Evolución Deportiva
A certification system with its own history.
Six colour grades and four senior ones, with their own structure, their own exams and their own track record. IINS runs them in its centres, with an in-person exam.
IINS Coach brings that system closer: it knows your grade and gets you ready for the next one.
